How to become a Hostess / Model / Model / Host?
Send us your application to our hostess agency by completing a simple online form. Please include your name, surname, a few photos, foreign language skills, and experience/skills. No account creation, password setup, or other requirements are required. Just fill out the form below.


After submitting the form, the Coordinator reviews your application and accepts it, or asks for additional information (e.g., additional photos). At this stage, we assess your suitability and skills for working in our team. Once accepted, we assign you to the designated region. After approval by the Coordinator, you will receive an online personal questionnaire via email.
We strive to match our clients’ needs, so not all applications advance to the next stage. The coordinator only responds to selected applications. The main factors considered are experience, age (student status), foreign language skills, appearance, and demand in a given region. If you do not receive the personal questionnaire within 7 days of submitting your application, it means your application has not advanced to the next stage. You can resubmit it in the future, adding better photos, more extensive experience, etc. However, those approved by the coordinator will advance to the next stage.


With us, you decide when, where, and at which event you want to work. The coordinator informs you about new assignments in your region, and you choose.
You receive an electronic contract with the terms of cooperation, which you sign online. You enter your bank account number for salary payment and your personal data in the contract. This is done automatically, without printing or sending an email. Simply sign your finger on your phone or computer screen, and that’s it. You’ll receive your payment in the designated bank account according to the contract deadline.

Who are the hostesses?
Hostesses are the face of a company, handling representation, brand promotion, and organizational matters at various industry events. Additionally, they may also serve as guest chaperones, attendant registration, assistants, language translators, or present company products or conduct tastings. To this end, they leverage their image and interpersonal skills.
What does a hostess do?
The scope of a Hostess’s duties may vary depending on the workplace, but most often includes:
- Registration, greeting and guest service – providing information, directing traffic, handling reception and registration, issuing welcome packages
- Promoting products or services – presenting the offer, distributing samples, encouraging participation in promotional campaigns, conducting tastings,
- Support for event organizers – trade fairs, conferences, galas, store openings, corporate events, outdoor events,
- Brand presentation – taking care of the company’s positive image, maintaining appropriate communication standards,
- Distributing advertising materials – leaflets, gadgets, catalogs, sweets,
- Staff management – keeping order, helping to prepare the event space, making coffee and tea, preparing drinks and snacks

Hostesses working at trade shows must, above all, stand out for their communication skills, self-confidence, and positive energy. Trade shows are a unique event – many booths, crowds of people, and often dozens of hostesses in one place. To attract the attention of visitors, you need to be active, open, and not afraid to initiate conversations.
A smile and approaching guests – a smile is your most important work tool. It encourages people to stop by your booth and creates a positive first impression. A dull expression, a lack of energy, or withdrawn attitude can cause potential customers to simply walk by. Be cheerful, friendly, and interested in your conversation partner – it really works.
Impeccable appearance and aesthetics – Your appearance reflects the brand you represent. Therefore, it’s crucial to look neat, professional, and fresh throughout the event. Ensure:
- ironed and clean clothes,
- freshly washed hair,
- natural, aesthetic makeup,
- well-groomed nails,
- adequate sleep and rest before the event.
How much do hostesses earn?
Hourly rates vary depending on the location, importance of the event, scope of duties, and number of working hours.
The pay for a classic promotional campaign, such as distributing leaflets, is 35-40 PLN gross per hour. For larger events such as trade shows, conferences, or congresses, rates typically start at 40 PLN gross per hour. More advanced events or trips abroad are honored with significantly higher pay.

A professional and effective hostess should, above all:
- be characterized by high personal culture – the first impression is the most important. The hostess must be polite, polite, composed, and able to listen to others,
- be communicative – in this industry, the greatest careers are made by people who can easily establish contact with other people and conduct a conversation,
- be punctual – punctuality shows, above all, your approach to work and respect for the client,
- have good diction – speak slowly, clearly and with conviction, and it will certainly result in positive results,
- Be stress-resistant – working in the events industry is dynamic. Unforeseen situations arise that require keeping a cool head and demonstrating composure.
- Impeccable appearance, good looks and a well-groomed appearance – a wide smile, an upright figure, a graceful and slow gait, aesthetic makeup and neat, ironed clothes are an absolute must-have in this industry!
Hostess attire?
Very often, the uniforms are provided by our agency or the client. However, it’s important to remember that a hostess should always have clean, styled hair and well-groomed nails.
Every Hostess’s wardrobe should include: a classic, unassuming black mini dress, an elegant white shirt, a knee-length black skirt, plain black and white T-shirts, black and navy blue jeans, suit trousers, black closed-toe heels, and flat, elegant black shoes.
What does recruitment for a hostess agency look like?
1. Recruitment form
The first step in the process is completing the recruitment form available on the agency’s website. You provide basic personal information: first name, last name, city of residence, phone number, email address, and date of birth. Height and clothing size are also commonly required, as well as a brief description of your previous experience in the event industry or a related field.
A very important element is to attach current photos – both portraits and full-body photos.
2. Selection and verification
After submitting the form, your application is sent to the Coordinator, who conducts an initial data verification. This step verifies the completeness of the information, the compliance of the photos with the requirements, and the candidate’s overall presentation. If necessary, you may be asked to provide missing information or submit additional photos. Often, the next step also includes a phone or video interview, during which the Coordinator will ask several questions regarding availability, experience, availability, and motivation to work at the agency.
3. Agency database
Once you successfully pass the selection and verification process, you’ll be added to the agency’s hostess database. From then on, you’ll be regularly notified about jobs in your area (usually through our agency’s Facebook groups).
4. Training
If you are just starting your adventure in the event industry, the Coordinator is obliged to conduct a short online training to introduce you to the Hostess’ work ethics, the rules prevailing in the agency and knowledge about the industry.
What are the TOP Hostesses for motor shows?
Tall hostesses (over 170 cm) are best suited for motor shows, as they easily stand out in the crowd and attract the attention of visitors. Due to the characteristic attire used at these types of events – most often fitted jumpsuits, sports tops, miniskirts, or shorts – it is also important for hostesses to have a slim and athletic figure.
Every top hostess at an automotive trade show should also have basic knowledge of the presented product and the ability to professionally convey information about the brand. Additional advantages include communication skills, personal culture, and the ability to engage guests and build a positive brand image.
Does a hostess have to have a sanitary-epidemiological book?
The requirement to possess a valid sanitary-epidemiological certificate only arises when a hostess is to perform tasks related to food promotion, for example, during tastings or presentations of food products. In such cases, contact with food makes possession of the certificate a legal requirement – it is necessary for the employee to be permitted to perform this type of work.
Do hostesses have driving licenses?
Hostesses don’t need a driver’s license to work for the agency. However, having a driver’s license and your own car is a significant advantage and is often welcomed by agencies. Assignments are available throughout Poland, including in small towns and villages where public transportation can be difficult. If the hostess agency doesn’t have enough staff in a given location, it will send people from larger cities. In such situations, the hostess with a car can take the other girls with her, simplifying logistics and reducing travel costs. In such cases, the agency reimburses fuel costs based on an invoice.
